The Sofibail S.A. (a Walloon leasing-financing company), is a real-estate subsidiary company of the Société Régionale d'Investissement de Wallonie.
Since its foundation, in 1984, it has made many contributions, particularly at the request of the French Community and the Walloon Region within the framework of their infrastructure.
These operations were carried out under various forms and within the legal framework. They were both matters of the rules of the service and finance markets, of public works and the regulatory measures applying to the acquisition of real estate and their fiscality.
Without itself being an administrative authority, Sofibail has imbedded in its statutes and shareholding a vocation to carry out real estate undertakings of national relevance for both the private and public sector. |
